Ben's dissertation is now published. We found out months ago that it was accepted for publication with a very respectable publisher, Walter de Gruyter. Now, after his hard work of putting all the finishing touches together, the book is in print and available on Amazon. Surprisingly, you can also purchase it on Target's website.
